Services We Offer
We provide capacity building occupational therapy supports for participants within the NDIS. Our focus is on building practical skills and independence in everyday life—whether that’s managing self-care, developing routines, engaging in meaningful activities, or building confidence in the community and workplace. We work alongside participants to set individual goals and create tailored strategies that promote growth, independence, and long-term wellbeing, while also supporting families and support networks to feel confident in their role.
Therapeutic Services
Functional Capacity Assessments help individuals with disability access the supports and funding they need by identifying how their disability impacts daily activities. These assessments provide evidence-based recommendations to improve safety, independence, and overall capacity. Our team works collaboratively with families, support staff, and other professionals to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach.
Functional Capacity Assessments
Home Modifications are completed to determine what changes are needed to make a person’s home safer, more accessible and functional for everyday living. We complete minor home modification assessments that support NDIS funding for adjustments such as grab rails, ramps, and other practical alterations that improve independence and reduce reliance on others. We assess the home environment and work collaboratively with participants, builders and other relevant professionals to provide clear, practical recommendations that meet NDIS requirements and align with the participant’s goals.
Home Modifications
Home and Living Assessments help determine the most appropriate living supports for individuals with disability, based on their daily needs, goals, and level of independence. These assessments provide essential evidence for NDIS funding related to Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Individualised Living Options (ILO). Whether it's 24/7 support in a shared home, specialised housing for complex needs, or a tailored arrangement in a private or family home, we work collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to recommend the most suitable and sustainable living solution that promotes choice, control, and independence.
Home and Living Assessments
.Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments are conducted to identify the tools, equipment, or technology that can support individuals with disability to complete everyday tasks more safely and independently. We provide assessments for low-, mid- and high-cost AT, ensuring recommended equipment—such as mobility aids or daily living tools—aligns with the person’s goals, abilities and environment. These assessments support NDIS funding applications, and we work closely with participants and suppliers to trial suitable options, gather required evidence and promote long-term independence.
